Hôtel Wilson

We were very happy with the room, and the breakfasts were very good, with plenty of choice and lovely quality food and drink. The staff were great, and you can also get other meals or drinks at the hotel. Teritoria Hôtel Wilson is a delightful, very old hotel, a former coaching inn in central Dijon. We could walk easily to anywhere we wanted to visit, and it’s a short taxi ride from Dijon train station. Our room wasn’t large, but it was perfectly adequate and clean. The bathroom was fairly big and modern, with a shower. There was an air con unit, which we needed, and a wall-mounted TV. With a building this historic, there are some low beams and uneven corridor floors. We had one low beam in a corner of our room. There’s a lift.

We spent one night at this cozy hotel in Dijon, and it was the best decision. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service is thoughtful. Breakfast is super worth it. A perfect place to stay when visiting the area.

The location is decent, the interior looks lovely, and overall cleanliness was good. Parking is available outside for city taxes or inside for 10€ per night. We were first offered an attic room with a low ceiling and tiny bathroom as a classical double room. After we asked to change rooms, they offered a twin room that didn’t meet our expectations. The room wasn’t made up after the night, and we had to ask for clean towels. Having an unmade room for a birthday present was super disappointing. The dishware had glue on it and couldn’t be cleaned. Wi-Fi was very slow, and the lights were difficult to manage: only table lamps were available, plugged into the sockets, so we had to choose between using the lamps and charging our phones. The lack of room service and the overall service level bring my score down from 8 to 4. For the service and quality we received, I’d call it overpriced.

Breakfast was very good, with pastries, ham, eggs, coffee, and more to choose from. The hotel has free parking in front and behind, though there aren’t many spaces. It’s a pleasant, convenient place just a few minutes’ walk from Dijon center. The lower-priced rooms are a tiny bit small, but they’re very clean and comfortable.
