Breakfast came with plenty of coffee and the usual French style. The rooms were simple but comfortable, and we felt welcome straight away. The owner was helpful and entertaining, covering all the roles from chef to barman. We could leave our bikes in the garage, and the home-cooked food was excellent. Even their own local beer was surprisingly good. Quaint and quirky, and a lot of fun.

The café is a real highlight, with a beautifully decorated room full of character and local beers and wine to try. We were warmly welcomed, and our host stayed pleasant throughout. Prices are very low, making this a great place for a night or longer. I’d definitely return if I’m in the area.

We had a clean, functional room, and the host kindly let us keep our classic car in the garage. Dinner was made with local ingredients and cooked nicely by the host. He was very welcoming.

If you like a bit of personal interaction, this little B&B is definitely for you. The owner was really nice, and we even played some blues together. In the morning he went himself to the bakeries for fresh bread and to a farm for good cheese.

The location works well for Dunkirk, Calais and Ostend, and breakfast was nice. I love this place, and the host was great.
