Ducey Appart'hôtel

On April 3, I paid the full amount through booking. The money was taken, but just 15 minutes later booking emailed to say the hotel owner had canceled my reservation and a refund was being processed. I’d already canceled at another hotel, where I’d immediately booked one of its two rooms. Yet this same room is still listed as available for the same date. I checked several times. I don’t think booking is the problem. This is the first time I’ve ever run into a situation like this.

It was a quiet place to stay, with parking right out front, and the cleanliness was remarkable. We had a perfect stay, and the warm welcome and professionalism were much appreciated. For a cozy base near Mont Saint-Michel, this is ideal. I highly recommend it!

The reception staff deserve a special mention. The young woman at the desk was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional, and it really made a difference. The aparthotel was clean, quiet, and very well located, so the stay was pleasant and peaceful from start to finish. I highly recommend it.

Spacious, quiet room. A little curtain on the only window would give some privacy and make it feel less like we were right on the sidewalk. It would also make the dirty windows less noticeable.
