Villa Caroline

We only stayed one night in August, but had a great time. The room was excellent, with a very comfortable bed and amazing views, plus direct access to the garden and beach. The paddle boards were a nice extra. We had lovely food and great service at dinner in the restaurant, and we're planning another visit.

The beds were really comfortable, and the room was clean with incredible views. The staff were very friendly, and the spa hotel is an amazing base for a cycling trip or whatever water sports you’re into. The WiFi was incredibly fast. Highly recommend.

Breakfast outside by the lake is something I wish I could still be enjoying. We had a wonderful week here with our teenage daughter, from the warm welcome and beautiful setting to the exceptional food and attentive service. The manager went out of their way to take care of us and suggest things nearby, including a great local patisserie and a boat trip to Annecy. We also rented bikes and paddle boards and tried the yoga class. The restaurant and bar staff were so patient while I practiced my French. Every meal was lovely, with good wine and local produce. It was a relaxing holiday in a stunning spot, and I really hope we can come back. Thanks for making it such a great week!

The garden was a lovely surprise, with loungers, a swing and games, yet still plenty of room to feel peaceful. From there, the hotel grounds open onto a nature reserve where we spotted some coots, and the garden has direct beach access. My mother and I came for a spa day and had such a wonderful time. Cindy gave me one of the best massages I’ve had in ages, and it was clear she really cared about her client. The spa itself was blissful, with a great sauna and hammam. We ran out of time to try the restaurant, though it looked great. I’d happily recommend Villa Caroline for a spa day out.
