A lovely place in a good location, with real historical value. I’d recommend it.

There’s a nice park area behind the hotel, and it’s very dog-friendly. It’s about a 15-20 minute walk to the centre of Epernay. The comfort suites had everything we needed, with clean, comfortable rooms and all the amenities we could want. WiFi was a little slow, but it wasn’t a big deal.

The room was worn and old, with hair all over, no air conditioning and barely usable internet. There wasn’t even an outlet to plug in my phone charger. Hot water lasted maybe 3/4 minutes before I had to rinse off cold. Maybe the worst room I’ve ever slept in. Never again.

For anyone driving an EV, this is an ideal hotel. The Lidle charging station is only about a five-minute walk away, and you can leave the car charging overnight.

A great place to break up a long drive through France. The room was a good size and had cooking facilities, plus both a shower and a bath.
