The dining room, with its big windows, was lovely, and breakfast was delicious. We only had one night here during our hike on the chemin de St Jaques, and wished we could have stayed longer. Eric picked us up in Estaing, about a five-minute drive away, since walking there didn’t seem safe. He also drove us to our dinner reservation and brought us back afterward for a small fee. Really full service. The place is beautifully decorated, and we’d definitely return.

This was our fourth stay, and we’ve enjoyed every visit. Eric and Laurent are extraordinarily kind and welcoming. There’s real peace and quiet in this little corner of the countryside, and the manor keeps its original character while being tastefully decorated. The rooms are comfortable and have whirlpool baths. You can also book an hour in the spa with its sauna and jacuzzi. Highly recommended!

We spent five nights in this beautiful manor house, and Eric and Laurent were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always available. Their explanations and advice about the surrounding area were much appreciated. They really know the region. If we come back this way, we’ll stay with them again. It’s well worth the trip.

We made good use of the private Jacuzzi, which was a real bonus. The place was spotless and very well maintained, with generous breakfasts and impeccable service. Laurent and Eric are lovely hosts and glad to suggest outings or offer advice. A very pleasant stay, and we’ll happily return. Dom & Regis
