We loved the friendly host family, their amusing stories and the delicious, seemingly never-ending breakfast. Two sweet dogs and four cats and kittens made it even better, turning this into the highlight of our train trip around Europe. We spent three nights at this lovely, cozy and clean B&B in magical Étretat. The well-equipped apartment has two floors, and the garden and terrace have magnificent views over the village, beach, English Channel and dramatic cliffs.

This was easily our favorite place on the whole vacation. The rooms were cozy, the atmosphere welcoming, and the view was breathtaking. From there we could see the tall cliffs along the English Channel, the smooth, rocky beach below them and the small but lovely village of Étretat. The dogs and cats were adorable and as friendly as everyone else. Breakfast was delicious and there was always something new on the table each morning, with as much as we wanted. Both hosts were hospitable and talkative with us and the other guests, and had a good sense of humor. Everything about the place made it a five-star stay.
