The hotel is nice, but what made my stay so enjoyable was Thuc Nghi Quach from the restaurant/bar. She was warm, professional, and genuinely caring every time we interacted. She made me feel welcome and valued, and she’s the reason I’ll remember this visit so fondly. The hotel is lucky to have her.

My stay at Appart Hôtel - Residhome Paris Evry was a real disappointment. The room assignment seemed poorly handled, and the floor was dirty. They never replaced the shower gel, and even toilet paper was missing. Housekeeping and attention to guest comfort were very poor, far below what I expect from a hotel.

Breakfast was very poor, and the heat was unbearable with no air conditioning. We were 15 people, and every one of us left dissatisfied. The staff were extremely rude throughout. Honestly, we would have been better sleeping at the bus stop. If you have another option, don't stay here. Worst hotel in the world.

The rooms are on the small side, though having a balcony is a nice extra. You can take the little mobile table and a chair outside and relax or work there. The restaurant serves tasty food that seems well prepared. It's also a convenient spot, with the station just a 2-3 minute walk away and a tram stop right outside. There are university buildings next door.

I've always had a nice experience here. The kitchenette woodwork should be easy to repair, and the shower needs replacing. Checkout is allowed until noon, though they start gently hurrying you along around 10 am, with lots of apologies.
