We’d happily come back. It’s a great spot in a remarkable town, the staff were friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed the food. The rooms are comfortable, though a little quirky.

The food was fresh and flavorful, made at home with ingredients from local producers just a few kilometers away. We especially enjoyed the large terrace on warm summer nights. Carine and David have made the place feel welcoming from the moment you arrive. Our room was peaceful and charming, with thoughtful details, a spacious bathroom, and everything spotlessly clean. We left feeling nourished in every way. Thank you!

We only had dinner here, so this is a restaurant review, not a stay review. The two grand salads really lived up to the name, and the food was excellent and very reasonably priced. Service was quick and so friendly. We’ll return, and we recommend it.

I come to this town six times a year, but I won’t be going back to this place. I brought my family in on market day for tea and coffee. I was given a cup and tea but no water, so I went to the machine to get some. Then I was accused of stealing hot water. The manager or owner was terribly rude, and we were made to feel extremely unwelcome.

The new owners have done a fantastic job with the renovations, menu, and service. Dinner was wonderful, the food cooked to perfection, and the staff were very friendly. They also explained the menu since our French is limited.
