The massage was the highlight for me, one of the best I’ve had, with a lovely treatment room and excellent service. The spa was in great shape, too. My wife and I also had a really good dinner, with generous portions. The rooms have a beautiful, old-fashioned charm, and the place never felt busy. It’s wonderfully peaceful despite being so close to the city. We had a great time and will definitely return.

The staff really made our stay, especially the receptionists who helped sort out a problem with our car. Our room was clean and roomy, and we enjoyed unwinding by the pool and in the spa. It’s a charming hotel in a quiet spot, and I’d recommend it for the helpful service.

We liked having so much space in the room, including the bathtub. The rooms do feel a little dated, but that didn’t bother us. A renovation would probably mean a different price. The staff were helpful, and they let us know ahead of time that the restaurant was fully booked. They had some very tasty meals ready in large glass bowls that we could take to our room instead. Breakfast is served in the main building, with its pleasant French history feel, and there was enough choice of food and drinks. We stayed two nights and thought the price for what you get was superb.

The masseuse was friendly and the massage was good, but I wouldn’t recommend the visit or come back. The spa was extremely cramped, with 12 visitors sharing just 6 loungers, and the reception staff provided poor customer service.

The breakfast was the best we had on our trip, and everything was perfectly priced. We had a spacious room, a great pool area, lovely surroundings, and very nice staff. During our travels around France this month, this was one of the places that stood out most. Wish we’d had time for another night!
