The front desk staff were the bright spot. Both women were super friendly and their service is the reason I’m not giving this a 1. It was easy to get extra towels, and the coffee was good. You can get close to town by bus. The rooms, especially the bathroom, were filthy, very old, and badly in need of repairs. They looked nothing like the booking photos. I’d only stay here for one night if I had no other choice.

The rooms were clean and didn’t smell, and the wifi worked well. There’s a keypad for the lobby and rooms, and the front gate was supposed to close at 10pm but didn’t. Parking spots are tiny. Be there by 9pm for check-in since reception isn’t open 24 hours. The staff were friendly and waited for us when we arrived a little after 9. No frills.

The only good thing was that it was clean. There was no wifi, the water pressure was poor, and the towel and single pillow were both tiny. The hotel needs a serious refresh and is far from central Grenoble.

Just a place to sleep, with no extra services. The hotel feels used and could look a lot nicer with very little work.

We got there very late, and the service was perfect. It’s a quiet, cheap three-star hotel.
