The walks nearby were lovely, with several lakes around, and Eymet's bastide town is only 3.5km away. The restored period house is delightful, and the self-contained gite felt comfortable and restful, just what I wanted from a country break.

Elizabeth and her husband made us feel so welcome, they were genuinely friendly hosts. The B&B is gorgeous and spacious, with plenty of character and everything we needed. Set in quiet countryside close to the lake, it was a lovely place to recharge. We spent two nights there and would happily recommend it. It's going in our address book.

Charles and Elizabeth were such welcoming, accommodating hosts. I can't wait to come back, I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Couldn't recommend the place more!

There's a private sitting room and a little courtyard full of flowers, and the accommodations are comfortable. Elizabeth and Charles greet you warmly while still giving you space. We loved the peaceful setting and the easy access to local attractions. Our dog loved it too.
