The Gîte has been renovated beautifully while keeping its rustic feel. We had a three-course dinner every evening, with typical French food, and the hosts were lovely. The view of the Pyréenes from both our room and the garden was fantastic.

The evening meals are so good, it’s hard to put into words, and breakfast was great too. For such an extremely reasonable price, you get incredible food made with locally sourced ingredients. This place is a real gem!

The location in Eyne/Eina is hard to beat, in a small, peaceful, unspoiled village with access to all kinds of activities in Haute Cerdagne, in both summer and winter. I’ve stayed several times at this exceptional gîte run by Yumi and Xavier, and the welcome is always splendid. Half-board is a treat, thanks to the hosts’ superb cooking. The large chalet has plenty of comfortable, welcoming bedrooms. Highly recommended if you love the mountains, authenticity, and gourmet food :-).
