The stream through the garden was such a treat, and the woodland setting was quiet and restful. We still felt close enough to restaurants, bars and shops that it didn’t feel isolated. The wooden cabin had two good-sized bedrooms and a big lounge-dining room, with everything we needed. We were really well looked after, including fresh eggs for breakfast. If we’re in the area again, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here. 5*. Thanks.

We paid around €50 a night in August 2016. It’s a lovely old water mill now run as chambres d'hôtes, with a warm welcome, comfortable, good-quality accommodation, and a fantastic setting.

We stayed for five days and would happily come back. The cottage has everything you need, whether you're there for a few days or a whole month. It’s incredibly peaceful and tranquil, and also well placed for visiting the tourist sites. Thanks so much for having us.
