The neighborhood felt really safe and peaceful, with people jogging at night and kids out playing. Shops and other amenities are easy to reach on foot, and the airport is only about a 15-minute drive away. We also loved the chic look of the hotel and restaurant, and the rooms were clean, roomy, and comfortable. The restaurant was delicious and the bar was great. Most of all, Ali, the night receptionist, turned a very stressful evening into an easy check-in and made us feel safe as soon as we arrived. Everyone we spoke to on staff was so helpful, too. I’m in love with this place. 10/10, we’ll be back.

The bus stops nearby made it easy to get to the Bel-Air shopping district, and there’s an airport transfer for €25 per party. Our room was on the first floor, and the bed was comfortable, though the pillows were a bit small. The AC felt weak by American standards, but was fine for Europe. Check-in staff were friendly and even offered complimentary coffee and water. For an airport hotel, it was a comfortable, pleasant stay. I’m not sure why there are negative reviews.

We stayed overnight before flying out of GVA. The staff were helpful and kind, the surroundings were nicely furnished, and the beds were comfortable. We had dinner there and enjoyed it. I’d come back.
