We were late for our reservation, but the lady still welcomed us to eat, saying, "Avec plaisir." You could see how much they enjoy their work, and the service was attentive and friendly. The dinner was delicious, served in a cosy, shady square behind the lovely restaurant. We didn't stay overnight, though it might be worthwhile.

Our group of 8, four adults and four children, had a fantastic meal here. The host did a great job explaining the menu and dishes, and the food was sublime. It's a little outside the centre of Florac, but I highly recommend eating here.

The food was excellent, and I highly recommend it. There's a lovely hidden garden out back, and you can tell the people working here are passionate about what they do.

I had the lunch menu and thought the cooking was excellent. Chef Denis chooses the menu each day, and his wife Véronique served it, all made with local products. This family-run restaurant and bed and breakfast is tucked into the little streets of quaint Florac, by the Gorges du Tarn and the Cévennes, at the foot of the Causse Méjean.

We were greeted with genuine warmth, and the service was top-notch. The cuisine was delicate and refined, and the people running this beautiful place clearly care about what they do. We highly recommend it on the Stevenson Trail.
