The chalet-style restaurant decor really sets the mountain mood, and the half-board meals were a highlight. We got to try Savoyard specialties throughout the week, with a little salad always there alongside them to balance things out after all that skiing and eating. The hotel was spotless, and the whole team, from management to the staff, were incredibly kind. It’s right by the slopes and lifts, so ski-in and ski-out access was a big plus. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely come back.

We spent a week here over New Year, with full board, and were very happy with our stay. There were three of us, including a child and a dog, and we really appreciated being offered a larger room at no extra cost. The hotel is right at the foot of the slopes, with a splendid view. Our mountain-style room was spacious and pleasant, with a whirlpool bath in the bathroom, plus a small second bedroom with a mezzanine bed, a wardrobe, and a little double bench for luggage. Housekeeping was very thorough each day. The mattress was a minor issue, but once we mentioned it, they offered several solutions. A small rug by the entrance might also help keep the room clean. Everyone on staff was friendly, helpful, attentive, and quick to respond. They took our specific needs into account, and every waiter and cook was attentive. The food was delicious, especially the Savoyard specialties, and the dishes were nicely presented.

The view of the slopes from our room was lovely, and the whirlpool bath was very nice. We also enjoyed the wide choice at the breakfast buffet and on the restaurant menu. Such a friendly welcome from a professional, attentive team. Keep it up!
