There are plenty of park homes on this lovely site, but I only saw one motorhome pitch, and it required an electric hookup. We paid €20.80 for two adults. The good points were the covered heated pool and little bar, plus friendly service. There was hot water in the washing-up area, though the showers worked with one token each and the toilets had no seats.

The pool was about the only thing that made up for the poor basic facilities. The bungalows were only moderately clean, the amenities were very low-end, and the hot water was unreliable. There were no blackout blinds, the bedding was awful, and the living areas felt cramped.

A business should be something you care about, not a punishment. It's a shame there's no zero-star option. The owners aren't friendly or respectful, and anyone hoping for a welcoming campsite with a professional manager should look elsewhere.

My first camping trip went well, and I wasn't disappointed. We had a spacious, practical mobile home with everything we needed, and the pool came in handy during our stay. Saint-Valérie-sur-Somme and Le Crotoy are about a 15-minute drive away. I'd gladly recommend this campsite.
