The staff were the best part for us, so kind and helpful with all our questions. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, and breakfast had plenty of variety and enough to go around. You can walk to just about anywhere in the city within minutes, and the castle is a pleasant walk away. The city itself is lovely to visit, highly recommended.

I’d book parking ahead if you’re staying here. The hotel is well located, and breakfast was simple but good quality. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is that there’s no evening meal available.

The staff are friendly and speak fluent English, so it’s easy to communicate. Breakfast was a good, varied continental spread, and the hotel was spotless, with a comfortable bed and excellent bathroom. If you can’t reserve parking at the hotel, there’s a good free car park about a two-minute walk away. Everything was praise-worthy, highly recommended.

The fourth-floor rooms have no elevator, which could make the stairs tough if you’ve got heavy bags. Breakfast was basic, mostly cereal, fruit, and cakes. In the room, though, I liked the cozy feel, smart TV, strong shower pressure, and blackout curtains.

Helpful staff who speak fairly good English, clean bathroom with good towels, and a comfortable room with a nice bed and pillows. A very nice hotel, recommended.
