Once you’ve got the parking code and the key for the mailbox lock, getting in is straightforward. Finding the place by car for check-in takes a bit more figuring out. The room itself was clean, modern, and well equipped.

The rooms are spacious and really clean. I’d highly recommend this hotel, the best in town!!

Simple and easy, and really good.

The breakfast was a real letdown. We paid extra for the “continental” option and got three stale pieces of bread, one croissant, and one pain au chocolat per person. They offered yogurt, which we took, only to find it was a week out of date. A week might not seem like much, but that’s not okay for a hotel. The apartment was puzzling too. The floor wasn’t level and the bathroom was only in average shape. There were three of us but just two towels, and when we opened the sofa bed there was a dirty towel inside, which made us wonder whether the sheets had been changed. The staff were friendly and welcoming, so no issue there. There seemed to be only two people working, and they looked overwhelmed. Nobody checked in with guests or asked about satisfaction, so my recommendation is mixed.

The room was poorly cleaned. The manager offered a free breakfast as a goodwill gesture, which was acceptable, but I’d also have liked to hear that someone would come back and clean it properly. We liked how well equipped the room was, with a washing machine detergent tablet, dish soap, utensils, and other basics. A balcony clothesline, bath mat, and air conditioning would have helped. The rooms get very hot in summer, too hot in my view. Even small things, like removing the labels from the trash bin, would show more care for the amenities. The finish was pretty average. The shower drain leaked across the bathroom under the doors, the radiator was crooked (lol), there were dents in the walls and doors, and the bedroom door stuck and had to be forced. The automatic shower lights were poorly set and went out mid-shower, with no way to switch them back on without stepping out. The glass bathroom door also lets in all the light, so using the bathroom at night lights up the bedroom and wakes your partner. The cooling system filter, basically a fan, was very dirty. Breakfast was the worst of my hotel career. Even at €11 it’s too expensive for what they offer, and they might as well not offer it. The pastries were industrial and inedible, with a yogurt, concentrated juice that turns your stomach, and small jams. No eggs, cereal, or decent bread, and the pastries were a disgrace. Parking is €15 a day. You have to get out, enter a code, pass through a gate, trigger the opener, then get back in the car. It’s long and tedious. A small button the driver could reach at the entrance, like in almost every parking lot, would make more sense. The spaces are small, so loading or maneuvering around another car, including with car seats, gets complicated. There’s no electric charging station. The lot is also a bit far to walk to town or the beach, so the car doesn’t end up staying there. At that price, you might as well park in town. Apart from the heat, it’s a decent compromise if you want a hotel with a kitchen and washing machine. In summer I’d avoid it with babies or elderly people. Parking should be free, and the decor could use a refresh. Cleaning could be more thorough. I’m giving it 3 stars, though for the price I’d say 2.5. Arrival and check-in were okay, and the room was okay too. Cleaning wasn’t. We liked the well-equipped room, but would have appreciated a clothesline on the balcony, a bath mat, and air conditioning.
