I arrived by motorcycle in cold weather and was welcomed with hot tea and a nice warm room. The bed was large, and there was hot water in the shower, which was comfortable. For the price, I think it’s a great option. Thanks to the hotel staff for the warm welcome. If you’re looking for luxury, you can find a hotel for 70+ euros, and then you won’t have anything to complain about.

We had a reservation for a twin room confirmed four months earlier, but when we arrived at 16:00 the receptionist couldn’t find it. If I hadn’t insisted, she wouldn’t even have looked for another room. The one she gave us smelled bad and had unmade beds. The shared showers were dirty, and many had no shower gel. They had no towels to sell, which they usually do at F1 hotels. There’s a towel shop across the road, but neither the receptionist nor the manager thought to mention it or apologize. They were both completely useless. Put simply, this place is only better than sleeping on the street. It’s a no-star hotel.

After a long day of driving, finding out there was no room despite my booking.com confirmation was awful. The service was trash, and I hope I get my money back. Not reliable.

The staff were no help at all, and the mattress was so thin and awful I could feel the plywood underneath. By any standard, even one star feels generous.
