Executive Hotel Paris Gennevilliers

The room photos seem to be from years ago and don't reflect what the hotel is like now. The rooms smell, have mold and dirt, and the equipment is broken or damaged. The gym is a joke: one treadmill is in pieces, and the other was falling apart while I was running. Breakfast was terrible too. There are only a few tables for a hotel with many floors, so often there's nowhere to sit. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. If you can, stay somewhere else. AVOID THIS PLACE.

This was by far the worst hotel of the 10 countries we visited, and it set an unsatisfactory tone for our whole stay in Paris. The location is quite far from the tourist sites, and the room photos on booking platforms are very old and don't match the rooms. There was half-eaten food in a drawer, and the rooms weren't cleaned daily. There are no coffee stations or kettles in the rooms, and staff wouldn't let guests bring hot water from the restaurant to their rooms. They weren't knowledgeable or helpful, and gave me attitude when I asked for water for a cup of coffee. This isn't a 3 star hotel. It should have a 0 star rating.

The room was spacious and clean, with fresh towels every day. Reception were helpful too: I borrowed an iron and left our suitcases there for a few hours after checkout. The RER C is 5 minutes away and goes straight to the Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame. There's also a big supermarket and pastry shop nearby. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was very good. A great way to stay in Paris for less. I truly recommend it.

It's a practical, budget-friendly place that covers the basics and gives you a clean, comfortable stay. There's not much in the way of extras, and the experience felt average rather than special. The hotel is some distance from central Paris, but nearby public transit makes it easy to get around. A reliable choice for the price if value matters more than staying right by the main tourist areas.
