Mr Michael and Madame were very kind and made sure we had lovely stays every time. This is one of our favourite holiday getaways, a beautiful, peaceful little cottage. The owner made us a simple but excellent breakfast, and he used to cook wonderful dinners for guests too. He’s an excellent Chef, and I hope he’ll consider bringing those dinners back one day. We’ll definitely return. Thank you to Mr and Mme Michel. We recommend it.

We enjoyed the food and wine, prepared by chef Michel, at moderate prices. He runs this friendly Auberge with his partner Jocelyne. It’s a peaceful place to stay in the Vosges mountains, with comfortable rooms, a dining room, outdoor terraces, and a large garden where local wildlife such as deer may appear. The calm setting is good for relaxing, with nice walks nearby and skiing or other Winter sports in Winter. Gerardmer is also close, a reasonably sized town with most amenities.

The owners were especially kind and helpful. The accommodation is very nice, with large, well-equipped rooms and lovely decor. The French cuisine is excellent, and it’s close to hiking and skiing tracks as well as the city Gerardmer.

Our room was cozy and decorated with care and good taste. The welcome was perfect and so attentive, and we had a really pleasant stay in this beautiful place. We’d be very happy to come back. Thank you for such a lovely discovery.
