I use a wheelchair, so accessible facilities are essential. I booked this residence and paid a significant amount because it advertised an accessible suite. The suite was completely unsuitable, and even dangerous for a disabled person. I reported the problems in detail and heard nothing back from the hotel. They removed the accessibility claim from their website, but wouldn’t even email me after my complaint.

I filed a complaint with the police, and this matter won’t end here. I was refused entry for completely trivial reasons and, as a result, was scammed out of over €800. This establishment is run by a notorious crook. Avoid it at all costs.

A bad experience.
