The bathroom floods fast. Water gets through the gap under the door because the plastic shower curtain reaches the edge of the doorway. It happens even if you try not to use the curtain. The Wi-Fi was so slow it was useless.

There was a strong unpleasant smell throughout the space, and the room itself was dirty. I could see bedbugs on the bedding, so sleeping comfortably was out of the question. When I raised the problems, the staff were dismissive and unprofessional and made no effort to sort anything out. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel until it improves.

The location is handy for getting to the Swiss border, which isn’t too far away. But the rooms can be really noisy, especially if you’re put in one on the lowest floor.

The food was delicious, and the hotel was really nice and clean.

For what it costs, it’s more than good, as long as you’re not expecting a luxury hotel. There’s enough parking, and it’s easy to reach Palexpo and the airport by car.
