The reception was a real problem: it’s open for only two short periods each day, so arriving later can make check-in difficult. You’re also expected to clean your own room, or they keep the €250 deposit. Rooms have a very small fridge, smell musty, and the bunk beds seemed downright dangerous for children. We even saw mice. They were far too hot, and a basic fan costs another €5. There are only 2 car charging stations, usually occupied, and you can only slow-charge with your own home charging cable. The food was standard and not very tasty, definitely not something I’d recommend. Activities are only in French, so they were no use to our children. Our stay at ULVF Le Domaine de l'Olivaie was very disappointing. Really not recommended. Anyone booking here has been warned.

The bathroom had mold, and there was a stench whenever we walked past the cafeteria/restaurant. With no air conditioning, the summer heat was unbearable, so we had to rent a small fan. The place wasn’t clean, and the staff weren’t helpful. They expect you to leave it cleaner than when you arrived or they’ll take your deposit.

The Wi-Fi barely worked, and breakfast was poor quality for what it cost. Our room at Hotel ULVF was dirty and badly maintained, with a bad smell that never went away. Staff seemed uninterested in fixing anything and weren’t helpful. It wasn’t worth the money, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The pool was great, and the lively village looked amazing from the balcony. The view there was lovely too. But the room was SO hot at night with no air conditioning, and sleeping was unbearable. There were lots of insects as well. We only stayed one night.

The receptionist was incredibly kind. Since my mum had a birthday, she prepared flowers and a wishing card for her. The room was clean, the view amazing, and both dinner and breakfast were good for the price. Service was really good too. There’s a lot of space around the property, a great pool, and a big parking lot. Good quality for the price. I hope I can come back someday. Thanks a lot!!
