We had a lovely view across the countryside near Giron, and the room was set up with everything we needed, including its own bathroom and toilet, plenty of outlets, and lights. For mountain bikers, the locked garage was especially handy for charging our eMTBs overnight. Breakfast was enormous, with muesli, several breads, fresh fruit, cheeses, cold cuts, homemade jellies, yogurt, and more than we could manage. The owner was kind and attentive, and saw us off the next morning. Highly recommend this Gite.

We found groceries nearby, and the owners were welcoming and helpful. The cottage is beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated, with pleasant bedrooms, good beds, and good showers. The kitchen is particularly functional, stocked with all the professional equipment from its former restaurateur. Even the fireplace worked without smoking, and they provided the wood. I highly recommend it.

The hosts are so kind, and you can tell they really care about what they do. We stayed for one night for the second time, and had another wonderful visit. Dinner was tasty and generous, the draft beer was good, and breakfast was just as plentiful. The rooms are simple and rustic, but charmingly furnished, which suits me. Nights are completely quiet, and we got to see a lovely sunset and sunrise again. We always enjoy returning and highly recommend the place and its hosts.
