The host was quick to respond and full of useful information. The house is central and has everything you might need, while the kids made good use of the pool and table tennis. We had a wonderful week and the accommodation was great. Highly recommend.

We return every year for the peaceful setting and lovely pool. Didier looks after the cottage so well, and we’re always greeted warmly. It’s beautifully decorated and very well equipped. A little piece of paradise, everything feels just right.

The village of Gordes is only a five-minute walk from the Bastidon, and the pool is close by too. The cottage feels elegant and thoughtfully decorated, set in a quiet spot with a landscaped terrace overlooking the hills and valley of the Luberon. The secure grounds are great for children. We also got a warm, very professional welcome when we arrived.

There’s secure parking within the residence, and the condominium pool is only a short walk from the rental. Bastidon chez Didier has a lovely view of the Luberon and sits in an ideal part of the complex. Inside, it’s decorated in blue tones with framed pictures and paintings, and is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. It seems well suited to both peak season and the quieter months.
