The Originals Residence KOSY appart'hôtels - Les Cèdres

The tram stop is right next door, with Tram A going one way to Grenoble city center and the Gare, and the other way to Grand Place Mall. The place is easy to get to, and there’s private secured parking, though you can stay for either a short or long visit. My room felt clean and modern, with a comfortable atmosphere and even a dishwasher. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and speak English very well. I’d highly recommend staying here and will be back for sure.

A nice place to stay, with a kitchenette that has the essentials, including a dishwasher and microwave-oven. The bathrooms are spacious. Customer service could be better, though. It took more than a week for them to send me an invoice.

Sadly, I have to give this a low score. The room had an unpleasant smell, and in 2024 carpet is a no-go for hygiene. The cleaning was so-so, and they forgot the top sheet for the bed. The only plus was the gorgeous receptionist :D

I rented an apartment here for work in Grenoble, from mid-2014 to the end of 2020. Back then it was Adagio, then Operalia, and now it’s Kosy. Most of the staff are still the same as when I first arrived. The team are polite, know the town and its events, and are always helpful. Kosy Appart Hotel is well placed for driving and public transport. The car park is a good size, though it gets crowded when all the rooms are booked. There’s a tram stop outside. It’s about eight minutes by tram to the town center, or 20-30 minutes on foot. My apartment was large and easily suited two or three people. The bathroom and shower were great, with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. It stayed warm in winter and cool in summer, and the big windows opened wide for fresh air. The Grenoble area is fantastic for outdoor activities, and Kosy Apparthotels is a very good choice for enjoying the area.
