You can get around Grenoble on foot from this small hotel in the centre, and the staff were friendly and polite. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a kitchenette. The closed parking area costs 12,5€ per day, which seemed reasonable, though the spaces and the parking area itself are very small. A few things let it down. The room had no air conditioning, and it was very hot when we visited. Breakfast came to the room and the choices were limited. The fridge wasn’t working properly and needed defrosting. On my first day, the reception office was messy, with dirty cups, glasses, and plates left from breakfast, which I didn’t like seeing. Still, good value for money.

Please be careful. I stayed at “Residence La Patricia” for 4 night from December 16th - 20th 2019. On the morning of Dec 19th, I opened my suitcase and discovered that a lot of cash was missing. I’d kept it in an envelope inside the case. There were two envelopes in there: one was open, while the other, the one with a lot of cash, had been stolen but was still shielded. I reported it to the apartment hotel management. They said the matter was being handled by the police, but I still haven’t heard any progress. The CCTV coverage at this hotel apartment was below standard. I’ll confirm how the process continues and whether the apartment hotel takes responsibility. Please be careful.
