Getting into the rooms was a hassle this time: the check-in kiosk was updating when we went for our keys, and we were locked out until we reached a manager. Thankfully, one replied by email and sorted it out. The unit was on the first floor, with a balcony looking into someone else's backyard. There was a table but no chairs out there. Inside, the bathroom sink leaked large puddles onto the floor, the heating either didn't work or the instructions weren't clear, and the front door handle came off when we tried to leave. Most of the dishes were dirty. The sheets seemed clean, but there were crumbs tucked into the bed. The location is convenient for a main tram line. I'd had a great experience at this Tempologis before, but this visit left a lot to be desired.

There's enough space in the apartment, and the location is good. It has a big fridge, decent cooking facilities, a smart TV, and the Wi-Fi is good compared with other places in Grenoble. Garage parking is tight, though, so a small car is best. Quite a few things in the room were damaged or awkward: torn curtains, a loose shower drain, wobbly tables, cups without handles, and a stuck soap dispenser that barely had any soap. There were mosquito and other marks on the walls, and the sofa didn't look appealing. Cleaning is only once a week, so bring enough toilet paper. It's self-service, with staff rarely around, so don't leave your key card in the room. The bin area smells. Air conditioning would be great in the summer heat.

Check-in and checkout both went really smoothly. The place was very nice and had a decent view. The bedroom lights were too dim and could have been brighter, but I had a really good experience.
