The location is magical, with lovely views all around. In one direction, the red Gorges look like a desert, and the other way you can see the snow-covered French alps. The rooms are beautiful, modern, and cozy, with a coffee maker, sofa, TV, and a lovely comfortable bed. I’d love to come back one day with my girlfriend, hopefully my wife. My best friend and I had trouble finding the reception after a spectacular drive, since there isn’t one. The email explains how to get into the room, but we couldn’t find it at first. The local shopkeepers were friendly and helpful, and with the hotel owner’s help by phone we sorted out access despite the language barrier. We arrived in town and got into the room with their help. I want to return!

The manager was very friendly, and I’d happily stay here again. The room and bathroom were very modern, even though you might not guess that from the outside.

We booked at the last minute, and the staff sorted it out easily over the phone even though they weren’t at the hotel. Our room had a balcony and a little kitchenette that was surprisingly well equipped. It was modern and spotless, and the bed, pillow, and duvet were all exceptionally comfortable. Highly recommend!

The triple room was clean and cozy, with a nice little sleeping nook for our child. It had a kitchenette and had all been newly renovated with lovely decor. We were there for a ski trip, and Valbergh slopes are only 15 minutes away. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a great four-day mountain biking break and got a really warm welcome. Our room was lovely, with a small kitchenette that worked perfectly for us. The one thing we missed was a small place to leave our bikes for a few days. We’ll definitely come back.
