Couvent d'Hérépian

After a long day hiking, the pool and spa were just what we needed. The rooms were clean, tidy, and had everything we needed, and the welcoming staff gave us a guide to the must-see spots. The decor is beautiful and the whole place has a lovely feel.

BE AWARE!!!! I’m really disappointed by the management. We’ve made several calls and sent a couple of emails, and still haven’t had an answer. My husband gave me a night there with a massage for Christmas. Thankfully, he hadn’t paid for the massage in advance. I got sick with gastroenteritis the night before, so we called to explain and asked if we could reschedule. We even offered to pay for another night so we wouldn’t lose the money and the gift completely. I understand the 24-hour cancellation rule, but I had no way of knowing I’d be ill. Maybe if they cared about customers as well as money, they could have moved it to another day. It’s been almost three weeks with no response from the manager, not even an apology. When my husband booked, it took them less than two days to charge his card.

We had another wonderful stay at the Couvent. The whole staff were so friendly and gave us lovely service. Thank you all.

The room was amazing, and I loved the decor. Everyone on staff was so helpful and really friendly. I’ll definitely come back!
