The breakfast was really filling, and the homemade preserves were lovely. Thankfully there were generous pieces of cheese pie too, since most of the spread was sweet. Our family room had five beds and a terrace looking out over the well-kept two-hectare gardens. The host was friendly.

We had dinner there for €25, with an amuse-bouche, starter, main and dessert, plus as much rosé and red wine as we wanted. It’s well worth choosing. The rooms were nice, and the surroundings were quiet and beautiful.

Breakfast had everything we needed, and the room was clean. We were warmly welcomed, too. Dinner was the letdown. For €25 each, we got green soup, endive with ham and boiled potatoes, then two scoops of ice cream with whipped cream. At that price we expected a lot better. At least we were dining together and had a good time.

The garden view from our spacious, beautiful room was lovely, and the atmosphere felt relaxed and friendly. Karine and Olivier welcomed us so warmly. The meal was delicious and there was plenty of it. The owners are passionate about plants and enjoy sharing what they know. I learned a lot. Thank you.

The rooms were clean, and we really enjoyed the meal. We were welcomed so warmly, and the setting is lovely. We’ll definitely come back.
