Marie made us feel welcome in a warm, kind way, while still giving us space. Each morning she served a generous breakfast with different homemade Alsatian specialties, and she was happy to share local tips or help with anything we needed. The room had plenty of space and was thoughtfully furnished with everything needed for a comfortable stay. There’s a lovely garden to relax in, and parking in the courtyard. Hissele is in a very quiet village, well placed for visiting the villages between Colmar and Strasbourg. We’d definitely stay here again if we return to Alsace, and would recommend it to others.

We’ll definitely come back. The garden is beautiful, with so many details to admire that you can easily wander around in it for ages. Our room was comfortable and nicely decorated, with a stunning view that made it feel as though we were right in the garden. We felt at home in Marie's world. She was so kind and always happy to suggest places to visit, and the breakfasts were delicious. What a lovely find!

Waking up in such a beautiful setting was a real pleasure, and the room was superb. Marie welcomed us so warmly that we felt at home straight away. A wonderful stay, and breakfast fit for a king.

The garden at Pension Hissele is a dream, and it’s a lovely place to unwind. Inside, our country-style room felt cozy and welcoming from the start, with modern touches and tasteful decor. Marie was attentive and warm, ready to help and full of useful tips. Her homemade breakfasts were a treat every morning, with new little delicacies and so much care in how they were prepared. Pension Hissele is a hidden gem in Alsace. It was a perfect place for our vacation, and I’d give it six stars if I could.

Breakfast was divine and varied. Each day, Marie made us little dishes from her childhood, carefully prepared with ingredients from local vendors. An exceptional couple made our stay feel truly magical. Thank you again. Communication and the welcome were perfect. The room was spacious, clean, tastefully furnished, and had everything we needed. The bed was excellent, and so were the sheets, duvet, blanket, pillows, and bath towels. A wonderful discovery. Sandrine and Laurent
