Gîte des Collines d'Artois

A lovely place, far beyond perfect. It’s a must if you want to spend some truly wonderful time feeling at home.

The gîte is so spacious and quiet, with no traffic noise, and everything was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Bernard and Chantal were wonderfully attentive to how we were doing. We were also surprised with a generous breakfast on the first morning. This is an address we’ll keep in mind, since it seems hard to find anywhere better. Thank you both, we’ll definitely be back.

The cottage is conveniently placed for visiting the World War I memorial sites, and the price felt very reasonable for what was provided. We had a very pleasant stay. The bedding was excellent, the bathroom was very good, and the kitchen was practical and well equipped. Book without hesitation.

A small park just a minute away on the left was handy for a morning jog or a game of pétanque in the evening. We also explored the department, including Olhain Park with both adults and children, and the cottage made a good base. It’s quiet and has everything to feel at home, matches the website’s presentation, and Chantal and Bernard are warm, welcoming hosts who are always attentive. We recommend it.
