The room was good for the price and clean, with tidy beds, bathroom, and kitchen. It wasn’t luxurious, but it was really good for sleeping, and the fan was great. You can hear airplanes through the closed window, though, so earplugs helped me sleep well. The breakfast costs 10 € per person and could be better: it’s all cold, with no water, just juice or hot drinks. If you don’t eat much, it’s enough. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. We arrived at 12, earlier than expected, but they gave us the key since the room was ready. There are Bordeaux and tram maps in the lobby, plus two elevators. The hotel is near Caroline Aigle tram stop on line A, about 5 minutes away, and the Diesel bus stop is a minute away. The tram takes around 35-45 minutes to the centre and just one stop to the airport. There’s at least one restaurant or bistro nearby, and Aldi is two or three stops away at Chemin Long. I was pretty happy here. :-)

The room was pleasant and had everything needed, including a small kitchen, king-size bed, toilet, and douche. Everything else was very good, but the corridor had a very strange smell that I didn’t like.

The flat was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space at around 30 sq. m. It felt bigger than the nearby competing hotels, and had a kitchenette, TV, fast Wi-Fi, microwave, fridge and hot plates. We arrived after reception hours, but got the information we needed and found our room quickly. Thanks to the staff working on 11 and 12 September. There was road construction by the bus stop, so the bus toward Bordeaux centre was temporarily stopping a little farther from Acacias. Even so, I’d strongly recommend Teneo. If we return to Bordeaux, we’ll stay here again.

The hotel staff were all very friendly, but the apartment was low quality throughout. There’s no air conditioning, and the hotel is on a very noisy street. With the window open, the street noise made it hard to sleep. I can’t recommend this hotel, especially in summer.

The big windows open onto a fantastic view of the trees. The rooms are spacious and really comfortable, and it doesn’t feel like an airport hotel.
