I liked the calm, quiet feel of the hotel, and the room was roomy and kept clean each day without us needing to ask. It came with tea and coffee, bottled water, a kettle and a microwave. The corridors were often dark, with lights that came on as you walked through, which felt a little creepy at times. We were there for a couple of nights on a work trip. Getting around was easy: the tram and bus stop were just a few minutes away, with access to the airport, downtown Bordeaux, shops and restaurants. Ubers were easy to get too. The receptionist was kind and accommodating when our flight arrived five hours before check-in. He let us leave our luggage and shared useful tips for exploring that morning. Breakfast had to be requested and paid for in advance. I can't recommend the bread we were given, and the Wi-Fi didn't work for me during the stay. Still, the service felt fair for the price and convenient location in France. I'd consider staying here again.

I stayed for one night and was charged for two. They eventually said they would refund me, but no refund came, and they stopped answering my emails. Disgusting.

After a 14-hour flight, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The accommodation is basic, but for 60€ it did the job. Staff were friendly at check-in, and there's parking on site. We needed somewhere to stay for a night after flying in from the US, and the location near Mérignac was very convenient. If you need food in the afternoon, Hippopotamus is just down the street and serves from 11am to 11pm. I'd definitely stay again.

We had to complain before we got any glasses, and even then it took 40 minutes to bring us two. There are only paper cups, with no glassware in the room. They couldn't even provide a bucket of ice. I've never come across customer service like this anywhere in the world.
