B&B HOTEL Bordeaux Mérignac HOTEL de Ville

We used it to rest while travelling through France, and it was basic but good enough for the family to shower in warm water and sleep. For the price and location, it met expectations. The toilets could do with remodeling, and it'd be nice to have a few healthier snack options in the vending machines.

The staff were friendly, and the place was nice and quiet. Our small room was clean and convenient, just fine for a short stay. It's near the airport and Decathlon. We had a pleasant stay.

The rooms are very small, with mini bathrooms and thin walls between them, like a motel. In return, the rate per night is low, so for a stop while travelling, it's a good compromise. We had a good stay in a quiet place, and breakfast was good for a reasonable price.

Jessica made our stay. She worked both shifts while we were there and was so helpful and friendly. When wine arrived with a cork and no corkscrew, she saved our sanity. Little things, but service at its best. She also gave us great directions to the airport and worked incredibly hard. She's naturally lovely and seems well suited to hospitality, with lots of potential. The breakfast was great, and the hotel was clean and nicely laid out. Our family room was clean to a very high standard and felt welcoming. The reception area was lovely, with a nice place to sit, and nothing seemed too much trouble. A very fair price for such great service. Thank you for a lovely stay, Jessica. I hope you chase your dreams.
