I really liked this place! It was just right for me, with a big sandy beach a 5 minute walk away. The restaurant is really good, especially the Mediterranean fish and seafood. The rooms are practical, and with about 22 rooms, it didn’t feel crowded. Nice service, and the staff were helpful.

The area was a highlight for me. The peninsula felt like a laid-back holiday island, Giens was a beautiful village with a few places to eat and drink, and I found a good local bakery down the road. We had a really good stay in May. The hotel was about the right size for me, maybe 20 rooms. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Breakfast had a good selection and was good quality. Dinner was also very good, with great service. It was probably the best food we had in 2 weeks in the south.

The one thing I’d change is the Wi-Fi. It disconnects and requires you to register again every 24 hours, with no notice, which is inconvenient. Apart from that, we absolutely loved our week here. With only 20 rooms, the hotel feels intimate, almost as if you have the place to yourself. The modern rooms were clean, spacious, and had excellent air conditioning. The pool was a great place to cool off, with comfortable water temperature and high hygiene standards. Lush greenery and thoughtful design created a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. Even though the hotel is on a busy road, private guest parking in front buffers the noise, so we hardly noticed it. The on-site restaurant is one of the best in the region, and the staff were fantastic, friendly, and helpful. When our car had trouble, the reception team even helped translate some technical issues. A solid 5-star experience.

My family and I had a very disappointing stay for my wedding, largely because of the service. Quite a few staff members were unprofessional and treated us unfairly compared with other guests. I understand a large group can be difficult to handle, but that doesn’t make unequal treatment okay. At checkout, they charged us over a thousand dollars, saying there had been a third person in three of our rooms. Charlotte at the front office said this was their assumption because we requested multiple sheets for each room every morning. I explained that wasn’t true for two rooms, and that we had already paid for the third room. She was unprofessional again and insisted on payment without any evidence. We paid because we didn’t have time to go back and forth. They also charged breakfast fees even though breakfast was included in our booking. They later removed them after we showed the receipts. I recommend avoiding this place if you value good service, especially when traveling from outside Europe.
