Chambres d'Hôtes La Vie en Roses

We slept really well, and breakfast was generous. The owners welcomed us so warmly and were genuinely kind, making us feel at home right away. We're from Lyon and wanted a break from the city's bustle, and this guesthouse turned out to be a wonderful surprise. It's about an hour and twenty minutes away on beautiful country roads, in peaceful, idyllic countryside. We'll be back! :)

We stayed as a family with two children and a cat, and there was everything the children needed, including a play area. Breakfast was fit for a king, with homemade treats, and the hosts were welcoming, attentive, and easy to reach. The cottage is beautifully decorated, the beds are very comfortable, and the setting is lovely and peaceful, with walks nearby.

We loved the rooms, which have been renovated beautifully. The hosts were friendly and made our stay very pleasant. The former farmhouse has been renovated with real care and sits in a quiet spot overlooking the Loire Valley toward Roanne. It looks especially lovely in the evening when the lights come on. I highly recommend Chambre d'Hôtes La Vie en Roses.

We spent two nights here and really enjoyed the room and bathroom. The hosts were welcoming and very accommodating, and everything was arranged with care so it felt like home. Thank you for such lovely moments in the beautiful countryside.
