I’d planned for this to be my third stay, but after this experience I won’t return or recommend the hotel. They refused to refund my cancellation, even though the reservation confirmation says I’m entitled to one. Booking tried to contact them too, but it turned into a back-and-forth between the property and Booking. Nobody followed their own rules or the statement in the confirmation. Communication was terrible, and I spent more than 10 days trying to get my money back. Completely unprofessional.

Self check-in with the keypad was simple, though communication by email with the hotel was poor and they didn’t respond well. The recently renovated building was spotless, with a large room and a comfortable bed. It’s about a ten minute walk to the centre, and there’s a car park onsite. I stayed one night and would definitely come back.

I visited at Christmas, and the decorations made the place feel really warm and welcoming ❤️❤️❤️ The building and architecture are so elegant and pleasing to look at, and the service was great! 👍👍👍

Check-in was quick and easy, and you can walk to the city center from here. The hotel is in a peaceful part of town, which made for a relaxing stay. Our room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and spotless, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Secure parking was another nice bonus for traveling by car. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The building is beautiful, and the room was very clean. It also had a small kitchen, just as clean as the room. Onsite parking was a bonus. There’s an Intermarché express around the corner, with lots of bars and restaurants an easy walk away. I’d recommend staying here and will definitely be back.
