The rooms were cold, and the Wi-Fi was really slow. I arrived to a room that smelled of cigars. It was a little better the next day, but there were no rooms available for a change. The following day, in another room, someone was smoking weed, so the smoke detectors don’t seem to work. I had to have the AC on to blow hot air.

The room had been renovated and was in very good condition, and the parking was convenient and not expensive. The staff were amazing, super nice, kind, and helpful. There’s a tram stop beside the hotel that goes directly to the city center. A few things could be improved: there were no facial tissues in the bathroom, and the pillows weren’t very comfortable for us, though that’s different for everyone. The breakfast buffet could also have had more vegetables; we only found cherry tomatoes.

The garage has a locked place to store bicycles, as well as chargers for EV's. A tram right next door takes you into Strasbourg, which makes this an ideal hotel for visiting the city. Very recommended.

The restaurant was a real highlight, with delicious food, a warm atmosphere, and outstanding service from Jeremy, Gerardo, and Tristan. The receptionists were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were top quality. Great hotel and excellent service throughout. Highly recommended!

Our room was a bit small, but quiet, and there are great places to eat around the hotel. It was an ideal choice for us because it welcomes dogs and has a direct tram connection to the city center. The steam sauna wasn’t working when we used the spa, and we weren’t told in advance that the hotel restaurant would be closed for 90% of our stay. Those are the minor drawbacks, but I do recommend the hotel for its price/quality ratio. A great experience!
