B&B HOTEL Mulhouse Ile Napoléon

The rooms were clean and basic but perfectly workable, and breakfast was good with excellent coffee. What made our stay was Giovanna, whose customer service was outstanding. We were there on her final day, and feel lucky to have met her. Losing her will be a real loss for future guests, and whoever let her go made a foolish decision.

We stayed two nights and visited Mulhouse and the University Campus while we were nearby. The staff were welcoming and helpful, the air conditioning was much appreciated, and parking was good, with the area locked at night and an access code available if needed. Our room was a good size for the price and very clean, though its bathroom door was faulty and wouldn't shut. It didn't bother us, so I didn't mention it to reception. There's a hypermarket across the road, but getting there on foot is awkward and means crossing busy roads, so a car may be needed. We'd stay again if we're in the area.

Rooms are clean and nice, and the toilet and shower were clean too. Staff were very nice. Carrefour and KFC are nearby, and they're clean as well. Breakfast costs 9 euros. The usual rate is 69.99 euros, or 65.99 euros on weekends.

I've stayed at good B&B hotels, like the one near Lyon, but this wasn't one of them. The room smelled, there was mold all over the shower and windows, and breakfast had a much smaller selection. I'd go to one of the other locations instead.
