I stayed for seven nights and had a great view of the city and sunset from my fifth floor skylight. The decor has a cool sound and audio theme, and both the bed and bathroom were great. Breakfast was great too, and the staff were courteous and professional. The location is quiet, at the south end of the 12, where Victor Hugo hung out, with the subway a one-minute walk away. Impressive hotel and location.

I emailed h^@accor.com on 25 January with a comment and expected a response within two weeks, but no one got back to me. My stay was uncomfortable because of a serious security concern in the room, which left me questioning how personal belongings are protected. The staff were informed, and all here know what I mean, but I don’t know what happened because no one contacted me. It left me feeling uneasy and unhappy, perhaps. I’d advise future guests to be very cautious with valuables. Also, staff didn’t provide me with a ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign. I thought about this multiple times, but I hadn’t left any sign authorizing a matter of room integrity, and the staff member on duty on 24 January had been informed of that. Cheers,

I was especially disappointed as a Platinum member. The service was extremely poor, and the room was unacceptable: dirty surfaces, no soap, and basic cleaning standards clearly weren’t met. Staff were indifferent and unhelpful, with no regard for guest status or satisfaction. Honestly, one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Breakfast was fresh and good quality, and the fresh orange juice was my favorite. I liked the bed and pillows too, and the location was very good. The one annoyance was a constant beep from the bathroom in my second-floor room. With the bathroom door shut, though, it was okay.
