The staff were lovely, the rooms were clean, and the location worked well for us. The pool was pleasant, though the steam room seemed to have been closed for a while, and with only four loungers we had to leave our things on the floor. We had booked two twin rooms but were given one double and one twin. Both rooms stayed unbearably warm, above 27 even after we adjusted the thermostat, so we slept with the windows open and heard the traffic. The coffee machines in both rooms were faulty, and the TV remote in one room never got fixed after we told reception. Parking cost €32 a night. I found a third-party app offering it for less than half that, which shouldn't be necessary. It was an okay long weekend, but I wouldn't return.

I won't be coming back. The room also felt pretty small for two people, which would've bothered me, but the charges were the bigger issue. They took a deposit when I arrived, then charged me extra the next day without warning. They apologized and refunded the full amount, but then accidentally charged the same amount again. Now I have to go back and forth with my bank to get my money back. I was charged without notice or authorization.

The location suited me really well, and the staff were friendly. Nice rooms, an okay breakfast, and a pleasant bar. No complaints, and I'd happily stay again.

The family room worked really well for us and our two kids. Clean rooms, a good breakfast, and a nice little pool, with very good service overall. A great pick for a short city break.

Ryan at reception made my daughter's birthday special by leaving a little cake and a balloon in our room. That thoughtful touch started a stay where the welcome and attention from the team were warm from the moment we arrived. We enjoyed the pool, leisure center, and breakfast area. The pool was relaxing, though I'd like to see a staff member there for safety, especially with children around. Breakfast had lots of fresh choices, and the cute robot in the room was a fun detail. The bar had a nice atmosphere, but its food menu could use more substantial options and more variety. We had a memorable visit at Oceania Paris de Porte Hotel, and I'm grateful to the team for making it so enjoyable.
