We went for lunch and left having neither eaten nor drunk anything, though we paid for what we'd ordered. First we got our drinks with only one glass for the two of us. Then we were told the dish we'd ordered was unavailable, so we chose something else. After that, we heard it would take a while because the oven wasn't hot enough, even for a frozen pizza. When we tried to pay and leave, the man said he couldn't give us change. Unbelievable. Absolutely avoid this place.

The road noise comes straight through, the soundproofing is so poor. Asking for a quiet room didn't help, reception gave me one facing the road. In the evening they couldn't print a bill because the new software wouldn't allow it. First visit, and last.

The rooms are lovely, the bathroom is nice, and everything feels new. The location is less appealing: the hotel is tucked away in an industrial park with no visible sign from the road. There's a restaurant just across the street, and apparently renovations are underway, so the signage problem should be sorted soon. This was my second stay, and this time it all came together. Breakfast was very nice, checkout was great, and the manager was attentive. I also got a superb welcome from a colleague whose name I've forgotten. I loved her excellent service, and I'm sorry I can't name her, though I think she's doing a work-study program and would recognize her. A perfect stay, and I recommend it.

The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and quiet, with free parking and a good location. The hotel has been completely renovated, with fun pop decor. Everyone was welcoming and attentive. Thanks to the team for a great stay, I highly recommend it.

We stayed one night over the weekend. The room was very nice, breakfast was good, and it was really quiet. They're doing some work on the outdoor terrace at the moment. The surrounding industrial area, with its logistics warehouse, is pretty dreary.
