I was travelling with a disabled passenger and had to move our dates. The dates we needed were available, and I was still within the allowed period to change or cancel, but the hotel tried to charge me again for changing the booking. Staff were rude, refused to change the dates without charging a second time, and wouldn’t refund me either. As a long-time loyal Apartcity customer, I never expected this. I’ll be reporting it to head office. They took my money, and I feel they were clearly prejudiced against disabled people. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel, especially to anyone who is disabled.

The room itself was spacious and met standard expectations, but noise made most of my month-long stay difficult for sleeping. Depending on your luck, you could end up on the ground floor facing the parking lot, or in a room where the noise goes on until 1 or 2 a.m., sometimes even 4 a.m. I only managed to sleep well during my last week.

We stayed during the Rugby World Cup matches in Nantes in October '23. It was a good choice: friendly and accommodating, with clean, spacious rooms. The hotel is outside town, but the tram stop is only 30 seconds away and goes straight to the center.

The reception staff were super nice. The room felt a bit dirty because it was so dark, even though nothing was actually dirty. Fine for a night.

The old rooms were dusty, dirty, and moldy. I had a bad skin reaction from the mold and dust. This doesn’t feel like a healthy place to stay.
