The lobby had coffee, tea, croissants, and water for guests throughout the day, and breakfast was good. Our room was very clean and stayed warm despite the cold weather. The hotel is in a nice, clean, quiet part of the city, not far from the centre. The staff were friendly and helpful, and you could tell they were doing their best for the guests. I had a very pleasant stay. ☺️

The location made getting to the Arc de Triomphe easy by metro, or about a 30-minute walk, and the area wasn't too congested. We spent New Year with family here. The rooms were a bit more spacious than you usually find in Paris, and our balconies faced each other, which was a nice bonus. We played cards in the cosy lounge, where drinks came with complimentary snacks. I also got freshly fried eggs sunny-side up, just how I like them.

Breakfast was high quality, and the staff were consistently professional, warm, and efficient. The Mercure Hotel in Levallois is in a strategic spot, and the premises are well maintained. It's a dependable, well-managed place that I'd recommend.

I stay here whenever I come to Paris to see family, and I'm a regular for good reason. Mona, the directrice, and her team are friendly and professional. The rooms are clean and tidy, and Levallois-Perret is a really nice neighbourhood. Metro Line 3 gets you into Paris easily.

The staff were incredibly helpful and tried to find ways around the problems. The place is tucked away and landlocked, and the rooms are comfortable but cramped. We had intermittent water, so the toilets often wouldn't flush, and getting hot water was a bit of a lottery. Plumbing seems to be a recurring theme in other online reviews. Things turned out OK apart from that, but I probably wouldn't stay again.
