Moulin de Lachaud

Really good.

We hadn't eaten this well in a long time. The desserts were incredible, and the dishes felt authentic. Thank you, Sir, for the cooking, and thank you, Madam, for being so kind and professional. We also really appreciated your relaxed visit at the end of the meal. It was a wonderful experience. Keep doing what you're doing.

The raspberry floating island was a delight, and the fish with ginger sauce showed real skill from the Chef. Everything was homemade, which made the meal a real treat. We were welcomed warmly and the service was pleasant, in a magnificent setting. Thank you, Madam, for coming to see us at the end of the meal. A wonderful discovery.

The staff were so friendly, and the setting was exceptional. The ingredients were fresh and local too, but I wasn't satisfied with the cooking, which is the sort of thing I make at home as a restaurateur's daughter. For what we got, it was extremely expensive, and the meal didn't match the price, which is a shame because the restaurant looked amazing on paper. Still, I'd encourage people to try it. I can't judge from one visit, and the people here deserve to be better known. I hope this comes across as constructive rather than negative. Best of luck!
